Bobbins molded from polymeric materials : The product line of injection moldable thermoplastics for electrical components and assemblies. This line includes Zytel ® nylon PA66 and PA 612, Rynite ® PET and Crastin ® PBT polyesters, Zytel ® HTN high temperature nylon, and Zenite ® LCP.

For electrical applications, these engineering thermoplastics have UL relative thermal indices (RTI) in the range of 120 to 240 C (248 to 464 F) (60,000 hr UL 746C), UL94 V-0 flammabilities from HB through V-0 to 5 VA and are recognized in UL1446/IEC 85 Electrical Insulation Systems (EIS) in Classes B,F,H, and N with Class R (220 C [428 F]) recognition for Zenite ® LCP.
